I have worked in the insurance industry for 24 years(WOW that’s a long time) ultimately gaining experience in financial services and computer technology. As an IT Support Specialist and Financial Services Clerk, I love getting my hands dirty and getting to the root of the problem and finding a resolution to help the end user/client and the company to succeed. I am always striving to bring 100% to the work that I do and to build strong long term relationships that can be beneficial to my fellow colleagues and clients to the business. Outside the office, I am a passionate sports fan, if you challenge me to any sports trivia I will win! I also speak a little Portuguese, so I am always trying to brush up my language skills over a “cafe” or “bebidas”.
