Jan joined the ETAX team in February, 2002, so 2022 marks her 20th tax season with the company. She works as Senior Tax Consultant in the small London office, doing all of the jobs associated with good tax preparation and customer service. Before ETAX, she was employed by H & R Block for 8 years - as a tax preparer, instructor, facilitator and office manager. Jan loves getting to know the clients on a one-to-one basis and appreciates all the challenges that crop up in the tax preparation field. Outside of work, Jan likes enjoying family times, reading, solving puzzles, camping, gardening ,cooking, baking (especially muffins!) and watching sports (CFL, OHL, UWO football, and Blue Jays - both live and on TV.).
